I was wondering if anybody has a bodyshop that would be able to fix my blitz bumper? It needs alot of work. It has Stress Marks in it (thats what one guy said to me) it needs to be sanded primed and painted again (spectra Blue) and The bottom of it is cracked. So that would need to be fix'd. I was quoted at around 350 to have it fixed and painted. But i just dont have that kinda money right now. Im sorta looking at like maybe 150 to 230. That i wouldnt mind spending. So does anybody in Northern NJ (Morris Area pretty much) know of a good body shop that can fix my blitz and paint it? Also would any one be willing to hook up my oil temp and water temp guages? I will cook ya dinner (bbq pretty much) and get ya some beer (if your at least 21 that is heh). ALSO does anybody in NJ or NY (Close to NJ at least since my wife hates driving to the island) Happen to have a Rear and side skirts? (blitz would be nice but just something that flows well with the blitz kit as least) If anybody has anything for sale let me know. Thanks (yah i know long message but i thought i get it all out heh) Thanks Guys

What's with the thread title? I thought this was going to be a question about the title to your car, haha.
But anyway, I dunno about shops, my car came with the kit already. You're gonna need blitz sides and rear because nothing else can match up with the height of the blitz front. I hope you don't plan on dropping your car because that front scrapes so easily at stock height. And if it's fiberglass you might as well throw it away. They make that bumper in urethane too, btw. Good luck.

heh. Thanks joe. =0P. Yah the front is Poly. What chris told me about urethane he said the paint doesnt really stick that good. But i bought this off a member on the boards. So i had no choice. I like the blitz but i dont like how low it is the ground. I guess ima have to change the title then eh? Good luck for what joe? finding a good body shop or with the blitz front? heh

Good luck with both, haha. Yeah, it takes some skil to paint polyurethane. Most of the times when it does stick, the paint doesn't match. Tricky little thing.
Yeah man, it's low. Do a search you'll see. Blitz sides and rear hardly match up with it too, but you dont really have much of a choice.

Yeah man, I worked at a supermarket too, the pay increase sucks. That's why I used the five finger discount religously. The way I see it, they were ripping me off, so it was only fair to do the same. Besides, no one really gave a shat so long as you left the packaging behind. They can get credit back for it.

That's understandable, it's the name MTV that signifies money. Only thing is that I have the title of "assistant", which means I'm at the very bottom of the food chain. Everyone above my position makes damn good money though, plus comission. :faint: Everyone's gotta start somewhere.

Gotcha  A customer of mine works there and has got some serious cash. Maybe that's why I thought it was decent. He's kind of high up though.

ok i called today Jose. they quoted my wife for the dash painted at 600 to 800. But they dont guarantee that the glass will be safe and if it does break i have to pay for it. Interior done also was around 6 to 800 hundred. But for the bumper to be painted he said 200 for it to be fixed around 250.

Yea I used to work at waldbaums back in the day, and I was using the 5 finger discount as well...hell you know how many times I BBQed on the Waldbaum's wallet? They were also stupid enough to be letting a 16-17 year old stock the beer section...

My friend used to work the truck late at night. You can only imagine the things that somehow "fell" off the truck. In the end, Waldbaums took care of us nicely.
