Hello everyone I'm just trying to get a majority rule on what color I should paint my rims. My celi is black with the white lettering. Neons i have underneath and on the inside are all green. What color should i go with. You opinion is greatly appreciated. Thanks
I will try and get a pic of it soon so you can see the real thing.

First off, get rid of the white lettering, then get rid of the green neons, then buy some black wheels with a polished lip or some bronze wheels. Green neons, white letters or stickers, on a black car. I cannot imagine what that looks like, then again it might look better than I think but that is just my .02 cents. If you are into rice then paint your wheels white.
