tail lights on a 2000 silver celica

I was planning on buying some tail lights for my silver 2000 celica, but I'm not sure the clear ones would look right on the silver car. I might be going to carbon fiber or black. Can someone give some advice, or even better post some pictures so I can see what it would look like?

well i got a silver celi , too. but my suggestion is not to get one :) waste that money on intake or something else

man..... start with power first... atleast, thats what im gonna do... it doesnt make a whole lotta sense to get your car looking bad ass cuz then someone is just gonna want to race you... and that could be bad... start out with a sleeper... lotsa go and not much show... then once you get the nos hooked up and start kickin some ass, trick out the exterior... just my opinion...

I have a silver celi also...and I dont like the red/silver combo much. Ive been putting my oney into looks first though, cuz its not like the celi is the greatest sports car to be racing with anyhow. Specially my 2002 with that gay rev limiter...looks baby, looks!

Yeah that is my point. The faster my car can go, the more trouble I am going to get myself into. I'm just worried about the car looking tight. That is why this is in the "appearance mods" board.

Umm.... none yet. I'm not a fan of CF.. so I wouldn't suggest any of the altezza CF tail lights... however, I'm waiting.. "patiently" on the TYC tail lights. Those will look tight on a silver celica, and probably the only ones that will look good.. that I've seen so far.

Just my opinion.

So which ones are you talking about Selika? The red ones? I think the others ones were just photoshoped right? any official pics of the black or CF?
