Power Acoustik is not the greatest choice in amp brands IMHO.. I mean, I think 50 bucks would be too much to pay for that amp :)

I'd save up a little more and go for something a bit higher in quality. Don't be fooled my certain manufacturer ratings such as 600X4... you aren't going to see 600 watts per channel outta that baby. Brands like Power Acoustik tend to overrate their amps pretty badly. To illustrate this better.. the worst amp brand can think of is the Pyramid brand.. they sell "1000 watt" amps for dirt cheap. There is a reason that they are so cheap.. their true wattage is MUCH MUCH lower than that.. they are REALLY POS's. Power Acoustik is better than those.. but umm.. save your money for a better amp.

The general rule is approximately $1.00 a watt. Look at the retail price of high quality amps.. their wattage is pretty close to the price.

Think of it this way.. you'd be better off buying a "higher quality brand" (whatever that means, right?) that is rated at 200 watts and paying 200 bucks then you would buying a 600 watt P.Acoustik amp for 200 bucks....

no problem.. but just remember that what I wrote is largely an opinion.. although some parts are based on popular fact. Indeed there may be people out there who are 100 percent satisfied with Power Acoustik. So, you might get different opinions from other people...
