Those are high numbers if they are suppose to be similar to the gts.
What sucks about the commander you dont know where its coming from .
You need the datalogit.

I know your map is supposed to be tuned and all but .. I would not hesitate to remove some ign from the 4k colomn. You might need to change other columns around too but if your problem is only at 4k, try pulling 5 from the values in that column only. If it solves your problem, try increasing it 1 point at the time. I dont think you will need to go down more than 5 if your map is tuned a lil! Keep it like 2 values below the point where it knocks too much to your taste and you should be fine.
Too much knock make you loose power so you will certainly gain power by doing this. Unless you lower it too much.
Also, keep in mind the temp can affect your car. When you have acces to a datalogit, you will be able to change values such as ign vs air temp or A/F vs air temp .. So if you are running in a significantly diff temp compared to your dyno day, try changing those values. My car used to knock way more from 4k to 6k in higher gears at higher external air temp (like 30+C). Thats when I had a bas map only. There were not much knock around 20C with the same map.
Of course increasing octane would help too ..
I hope it helps ..
