blackout taillights?

i want to blackout or smokeout my rear taillights and bumper lenses. would i be able to get this done at a tint shop, the same way window tint is applied? or does anyone make dark taillight covers?

oh and i tried out some black tint spray paint on my bumper lenses, but i couldn't get the paint even around the edges.

yah i got the blacked out background ( instead of the altezza chrome backing its pure blacked out ) and there is still chrome lights to make the light project and red lights ...got it a while ago, get nothing but positive comments on them, they are tight!!!!!!
