keep the CRX, drop that ZC out, and put in a built B16a W/LSD Y1 tranny, with just the stock LSD'd Y1 and B16 you will run low to mid 14's in the 88 HF (1830lbs)...If you can get the power to around 200hp (cam shafts/gears/ CAI/ EX/Headers/ECU will put you there...or a 50 shot of N20) then you will run 13's but more importantly be great for the track, I like all motor buts its more expensive, if you are mostly interested in dragging then get a turbo kit.

you're somewhat right i guess but, i have headers, intake, exhaust, shaved flywheel, 75 shot nos direct port, shortshifter, port & polish, racing clutch...umm dont think i forgot anything else. but i run around 9.4's at the track.

he's prolly talking about an 1/8th mile track. Yep I'd keep the CRX. I think the ZC is a good enough platform to build on... no need to pull that out for the B16A any time soon. No doubt the B16A is superior, but the ZC is a good starter. I really miss my old Si. :wtc: The only problem that kept bugging me was rusting sunroofs... I was planning to take the entire roof off and swap it with a DX/HF roof to delete the sunroof. I should've done that when I first painted the car dammit. :( God that car was hella fun.

Me too man, and then my motor just wouldnt start for some reason and other times it would, so I swapped the d16z (SOHC VTEC) put a cam, header, cai, v-afc, full blown exhaust and tore **** up. GOd how I miss the little mini me. :(

Damn dude... I had that same damned starting problem! I swapped out the ignitor, ignition, alternator, and starter trying to track down the problem, but it was still there every once in awhile! *sigh* I saw it once after I sold it, and the new owner had beat it to hell. I felt sick to my stomach for days after. :wtc:

These photos are of my '91 si (that I owned since new) with 155,000 miles, just before I sold it. Unfortunately, less than a year later, it was stolen and found a week after completely stripped. If I was smart, I would have kept that car instead of buying a new car.

wow, very clean. ;) The CRX eventually came off of my floormats so that eventually all it had was that whitish line, hehe. It's nice to see someone was able to keep theirs in good condition! I sold mine with 147k miles on it and running with near perfect compression. Such an incredible car.
