How was your 4th July?

Mine was pretty laid back. didn't do to much really; but later in the day I went over to a friend of mines and we all went to watch the fireworks. Was pretty cool. :violin: :faint:

Had a BBQ Saturday and another one on Sunday. Monday was a disaster, set plans fell though, scrambling for ideas at 7pm, drove to go see fireworks and missed them, sat in traffic and almost got in 2 accidents. Drove back to Queens to watch some friends light fireworks locally, only to watch them get ticketed and summons for firework possesion. They lit $5 of stuff and lost over $100. Meanwhile World War III was going down on practically every other street corner, but no, they only saw us. :rolleyes:

Was working for the 4th. Afterwards went to a friends BBQ, ate, drank, walked to the beach and lit up the fireworks we had as well as watch other people's.

On a brighter note, I got to see actual fireworks this weekend. I was in Baltimore for the Orioles/Red Sox game, and I checked out a AA minor leage game too. The team was the Bowie Baysox (farm team for the Orioles) and they had a fireworks show going on after the game. Lasted pretty long and totally made up for my lame 4th. :)
