False Floor Sub Woofer pics

Here's my new trunk setup..Later itll have two kicker comp VR's and a 1500 watt kicker amp...For now, I have two duel voice coil diamond Audio 12's with a 500 watt amp..it sounds clean, but im going for big ass bass for shows...Oh, if the pics dont work, click on my sig and check under "trunk pics" in the yahoo photos...

The box is 3/4inch mdf sealed..it hits nice and hard, but as I said, im going for show worthy boom

Do you have any way of getting to the spare?

Did you use the area that the spare is in or did you just go from above the spare? I am looking into doing a flase floor with plexi glass and neons and such this summer but I need at least 15inchs of height clearnce So I can still use the trunk, I am planning on using the spare tire area to put the subs in then build up maybe 4inchs to mount the amps beside the subs.

The spare and the jack are still in the factory locations..The amp is mounted below the false floor but will be mounted flush like the woofers in the future, as soon as I get time. The whole enclosure comes out pretty easily and is 3 main pieces..I built it for form and function..

That's cool that you still have your spare and the ability to get to it, I know that when I do mine I won't have a spare, and one of my friends had a system in his Civic the spare was still in their it just wasn't accessable, he couldn't remove the box.
