Sumitomo HTR Z II?

Anyone have these? If so, what do you think about them?

I will be getting these tires. I hear they have a significantly better threshold than the kumhos for like 10 more a tire. They are the #2 ranked tire on tirerack in its class i think. Call tirerack, they will help you. Oh yeah, they are also lighter than kumhos.

my friend michael that was at the auto-x yesterday (he had the silver RSX-s, not sure if you saw it or not) just got them and he said he's been happy with them so far. i've also heard some good stuff about them from other people as well.

I have the HTRZ's on my car. All I can say they grip real well and you will be happy with the way they handle. I take like to go on twisty roads alot out here in Austin and they perform awesome. Hope that helps some.....

I was really close to ordering a set of Falkens Anziens (sp) from Sacha but I found a really good deal on the Sumitomo HTRZ II's locally and got them installed yesterday.

So far the tires seem to grip well. What I have noticed is that unlike the stock Yokes, these tires handle best on the street running 40psi. They also look very nice and aggressive and are not near as noisey as the stockers.

Only time will tell how good they really are. All the reviews of the tire seemed to indicate excellence and value.
