Is the size and offset too big?

hey guys, I have a guy willing to sell me his rims but i just was wondering if you guys could tell me if it'll be alright or it wouldn't work.

the rim is 5 X 100 w/ an offset of 33

it's a 18 X 7.5

is this too big?

that would sit pretty much flush with the fenders. I'd say go for it!
