I'm assuming since you posted in the F/I your going to turbo, so if thats the case get a custome pipe made an cut out your cat/res.. Find a tip you like an that will give you the best gains :)

...and be really loud and illegal without the cat. I have a custom job with a more or less just a cat and small muffler. Loud as a mower on NOS.

I lost pretty much all sound now after turbo..oh well guess I'll have ot live with it :)

i rather have turbos then the sound!! =D hahah .... i got a two piece custom piping 2.5'. lol a apexN1 carbon fiber muffler and a magnaflow exhaust... loud... deep....mean and sick sound! love it! but still rather have turbo then sound!

turbo muffles the sound. i am still using my stock cat and my car is running stealth. more sound you'll hear is the turbo spooling than the my TRD exhaust.

I have a tanabe medallion and it was loud as hell without a turbo, then i took off the cat and installed a turbo and its half as loud as it was..

I'm going to continue running the TRD exhaust but use a custom B-pipe with no cat or resonator.
