Do the 03+ front bumpers fit on 2000 Models with no problem?

you need the 03 foam support or trim your 2000 to make it fit

And you will need to move the fogs. Everything else should fit fine.

Yes, but you need to change the same things mentioned above.

does an '03 with TRD bumper come with the foam needed for the '03 stock bumper?
