Does anyone know if a 225/45 17 on rota sub zero's would rub the inside fender?

depends on wheel offset and how much you've lowered your car.

17x7.5-4x100 +45mm. I also have Eibach Prokit which lowers about an inch in front and 1.2 in back. What do you think? Also, if it does rub, does it rub going straight? Or do you think it would only rub making U-turns?

I don't think it would be a great idea. Probably wouldn't rub going straight, but I would bet that it would when turning (how much turning, I don't know).

Don't they come in 17x7, too? maybe those are lower offset?
