Yeah i think i saw that in torrance at the in n out on crenshaw a while ago....but then again i've seen like 3 or 4 skylines around there cuz motorex is pretty close.

What do they change to legalize it, in the US?

We'd tell you but then we'd have to kill you.... but seriously Motorex won't tell you what they change to federalize it which is their right since they were the ones who spent the cash to crash test them and go through the whole process. For sure they had to change out some parts of the emissions control system to make it legal but beyond that who really knows.

from what i know, besides the emission type things, the head lights(which is about to become a deleted standard)much be switched out, the windshield has to be us spec, and the side beams also must also meet us spec. I dont know anything else you could even do...but ya never know!!
