CAI: AEM=more low end, Injen=more high end. Up to you. Both sold by Bottle at www.phronline.com. Injen sold by Larryd in the newcelica.org store.

Springs: Everyone has their opinions and believe that their's is the best. Go with coilovers. My friend has Eibach coilovers on his 2001 eclipse and rides great! Of course, Tein and Hotchiks are great too, but costly.

S-AFC Controller: If you know how to use one, then yes. I would recommend it. It will void the warrantly though, so make sure that you're willing to give that up first if you're still under it.

since you have a gts you really wont need to get a new header since it is already good. id say to get a cold air intake, exhaust, and a chip, but there isnt a chip yet for sale to the public (correct me if i am wrong). But definitely get a cold air intake first, its well worth it
