which setup is best for around $1000

I would like to go with the TEIN SS, but if i could save some cash by going with the konis or KYB agx shocks then i might. I know TEIN is great, would the konis with eibach springs better my handling noticeably too? I ask becuase i know the celica is supposed to be a good handler in stock form so if the konis arent going to be that much better than stock then i would just spend the extra cash and go with the tein ss coilovers. thanks for the input.

i would go coilovers, if your going to get struts anyways get coilovers.

Konis Yellows plus Ground Control/Skunk2 adjustable springs is comparable to Tein SS in everything except drop (Konis can only go to 1.5").
