Are the rear toe eccentric adjusters replaceable?

I had my car aligned when I installed a few things this spring. I was shooting for zer toe all around, but had to settle for 0.06" in on the right rear. Apparently, the eccentric toe adjuster is rusted and will not move through its adjustment range. Can I pull the thing out and replace it?

Sure can. I did that on mine. Part numbers are:

48409-32040 for the Toe adjust bolt
48452-32040 for the Toe adjust plate

You'll need two of each for both sides :)
