OEM Bumper popped off :-(

so my brother drives my celica up in northern california while im in school here in LA. my celi is lowered and he doesnt really go slow and bumps and stuff like that. also, my mom hit my fender and front bumper so i had to get that replaced in a body shop. so after getting that fixed, my brother drove it around, hit a the bottom lip of the car, and my bumper popped off on the left side where the screws are. i got it fixed again, and but it still happened! now, the repair shop that put the bumper is charging me more because of the way my brother drove my celica, but ive need nasty bumps and i never had this happened. are there certain screws that he didnt put in or what should i do?

1. have your mom and brother pay for the repairs (unless they already do.)
2. its a repair shop, why they **** do they care how the front got messed up and decide to increase the rate of repair (its not an insurance agency, unless you are claiming insurance.)

i fogot to add that this was all covered by insurance, but after the bumper popped off, they want to charge more.

you know, if you took the time, you could prolly do this yourself. if it is indeed a missing bolt, it can/should be easily fixed.

Is this where the bumper mounts to the fender?

You need self tapping screws.
