Is it stock or is it modified? Stock ones are hard to find :(
Get the Corolla GTS AE86 and you got all the desirable Toyota's around :)

Very nice Smaay. That is one awesome car you have there. I'm guessing you probably paid less than what this guy is asking for his too....

Are you looking for a turbo or can it be N/A?

$5000 for a turbo kit, $1000 for install, $10,000 for an N/A Supra and you're set.

Here is some good deals in Cali....

Here is the lowest price twin turbo I found in CA....he wants $18,500, but I bet you could talk him down.

I love Supras. I wish I had 20k cash back when I was car shopping.

yah i was looking for either N/A or TT. I would do both up either way. Insurance would be cheaper though if I started with a N/A. Those ones have lil to many miles on them. The other ones I saw where auto's and I hate auto's... I Love to drive and that just kills it.
Thanks though, good looks bro! :)

you definatly want to get teh turbo version...the N/A version is like comparing the GT and GT-S...the car looks teh same but totally different...it has a different suspension, diferent axles, different tranny, etc the autos are different too more than just teh tranny...go 6 speed or dont go at all

badceli
08-02-2005, 02:20 PM
Smaay, is the motor built stronger in the turbo version? I'm sure that's a very stupid question for a Supra enthusiast like yourself, but I'm just not sure.

eric.....yeah....the NA and TT supra are completely different in terms of Power handling........on the NA version it has 235 hp stock.....and is the sameengine that is in the current IS300....the TT version has internals that have handled well in excess of 600 rwhp without needing to change anything out but the turbo and fueling systems......it is truly one of the most over engineered and bullet proof cars that have ever rolled out of a factory......and the getrag 6 speed that is in the TT/........I've driven a few supras and it is absolutely the most beefy transmission you'll ever go through the gears with......Awesome purchase Smaay....

Thanks Steve. Now I REALLY feel stupid for putting all this money into a damn Celica. I should have just kept driving my crappy Cavalier for a couple years and saved up for a TT Supra.

A Supra is what I really wanted, but didn't have that much cash on hand.
