Will these fit?

I'm thinking about getting Rota Sub Zero's with 225/40/17 tires. This rim has an offset of +48 mm. Will this fit and not rub under hard cornering and U turning? This is a 17x7.5 rim. Will it look wierd with the big offset?

Find a lower offset. Try to get closer to 39mm.

Also almost nobody makes tires in 225/40/17. Only one or two companies have tires in this size.

Well the only reason i was getting that tire size is because the falken azenis are in that size. I'd rather get those tires than some other cheap falken POS. Any suggestions on where I can look for rims? I'm on a limited budget... around $1000 for the set...

Falken Azenis Sports come in 225/45-17, not 225/40-17.
