Any UK owners who own a Celica know your part numbers for your front and rear OEM shocks? I am trying to find out if they are EXACTLY the same as the US spec. I'm looking at a used set of Koni's off a T-sport. However, the front part numbers are the same but the rear is slightly different. KONI's 8041-1276Sport is the part number for the the ZZT230 and 231 and the US market only rear shock is 8041-1276SP1.

I looked at those part numbers on the koni site on a pdf too. I've emailed you the OEM part numbers.
The T Sport is the GTS, so common sense would say they should be exactly the same parts, but I'd def find out for sure. 8041-1276sport/8041-1276SP1
surely they're just being funny c#nts!

on the UK CCUK celica club I don't know of any members which have Koni suspension on there gen 7s a few have Koni on older gens say they are ok. What model are you looking at for the Koni, yellow, red, road ?. Actually im not too sure why Koni isnt more widespred on our club perhaps there is a reason for this <shrug>. Only thing i've heard about he Koni is the rear adjustment is a pain some peeps have made up a special tool to adjust the dampening or height can't remember which. As for performance, quality and life pass. Personally I would get Tein, JIC, zeal, Hotchiks, Bilstein, or even whiteline etc
There are other brands like SPAX - GMax - KW, AVO etc which I would put inthe same category as Koni, but I cannot comment as to how good they are.

OEM part numbers should be different since UK Celicas are heavier than ours. Our OEM suspension part numbers are different between GT and GT-S because of the weight difference.
