Headlight Aiming Adjust..

anyone know how do i adjust my headlight aiming?
its totally OFF aiming rite now....so if i turned off my oem fog @ nite....i just can't see anything...

you can adjust it up and down, by turning the screw (I did mine by hand), if you look down from the top, the screw will look something like this:

u did it by hand? It is so tight on my car so I had to use 8mm wrench.... which actually did not seem to make any difference....

should i be turning the big right or the nut in the center of it?
to align it vertically up, should i turn left or right facing away from the car?
