... about the reported stock weight for the GT-S.

Does that weight include a full tank of gas?

I'm assuming that the 2500/2580 number includes all other fluids, but wasn't sure about fuel.

BTW: For those who may be interested, but don't already know, 1 gallon of premium = 6.35 lbs. Approximate weights (with some rounding) would be:

full tank (14.5 gal) = 93 lbs
3/4 full (10.875 gal) = 69 lbs
1/2 full (7.25 gal) = 46 lbs
1/4 full (3.625 gal) = 23 lbs

Note to GT owners: 1 gal of regular unleaded weighs a bit less (6.216 lbs).

Yup. That's exactly why I'd like to know if its - 70 lbs driving on 1/4 tank of gas or +23.

curb weight:

The weight of an empty vehicle, without cargo and driver and passengers, but including maximum amounts of fuel, oil, coolant and standard equipment, including the spare tire and tools.

this definition is consistent with others I have seen.
