i just installed my ST Sway Bar on my Celica today...

but i noticed the rear keep making some KNOCKING NOISE when i hit on bumps

and my friend told me that is cause by harder bushings......

is he rite? or we did sth wrong??

Check the end links, make sure they're still attached.

I had the same sound about a month after I installed my rear Hotchkis bar. The link had come loose, and was rattling around rather than limiting bodyroll. Easy fix.

You might want to double check the mounting bolts and heat shield bolts, too. They might also be the culprit. Exhaust, too?

Yup, same with mine. Mine was knocking the next day. Make sure the bolts isn't loose. Mine was loose on the end links on the rear.

Seems to be a common thread with replaced rear sway bars....

ya i fixed....we didn't tight the bolt enough at right hand side's link//// and now..its fixed :)

Do the end links on the suspention have some kind of rotating ball joint? I had my bar installed and looked at it afterwards, was just curious

Yes. To tighten them properly, you need both the wrench for the bolt and a allen key to hold the endlink shaft as you tighten the nut on.

Unless you have a set of Tein coilovers, in which case the new front endlinks use the stock nuts, but you neet a 12mm wrench to hold the endlink shaft steady.
