I have decided to use synthetic oil but not sure how much it will benefit my car. I am using on my Integra, not my Celica. My Integra is a 94 with 110k miles.

Anyone here run synthetic oil on any of their cars with over 100k miles? Any problems with synthetic oil, such as seals leaking or destroyed by the synthetic oil?

My Integra does not leak oil or anything. Drives fine, but I like to add a little more protection to it since I drive it pretty hard.

Any recommendations?

Yes, do it. I ran it on an old Shelby Dodge turbo, and I've run it on my Celica, and neither of them have ever had any oil related problems.

My dad has a corolla ... 91 or so , that was running penzoil it's whole life. He bought the car with about 110k miles on it. He then switched it over to Amsoil around 120k and it is rock solid with about 200k plus miles on it....... no leaks no nothin.
