Fog lights and Kam bumper

I have a 2003 celica that did not come with foglights. I have two problems.

Problem 1- I connected the plugs into the fog lights put they don't work? Is it because I need to get a switch since my car did not come with foglights?? Do i have to get some other wiring? The blubs look fine.

Problem 2- I bought some foglights someone who has a 2004 and i put them on. Everything was good up until i tried to put my kaminari bumper on. They did not line up with the holes. How do I solve this problem??

I have already searched and couldn't find anything. I tried looking at the gallery for pictures but i found nothing.

i dont know about problem one, but with two, its easy.

just relocate the fogs to another position.

What you mean by relocate is to drill new holes right???

I need that bracket around the actual foglight correct?? Reason why I ask is because I think I've seen pictures of just the foglight itself installed without the bracket.

What kind of switch do i get?? I know I can get them from radio shack but is there anything in particular i should look for.
