Hey guys....i need your guys help on rim sizes

hey all,

i am VERY new to this whole rim thing. I just know that we have a 5 lug pattern!

can u guys educate me on what offset is...blah blah blah...basically all those numbers that are confusing the living s**t out of me...

for example...what's 5x100 +45mm?

and lastly...can u guys help with wat rims size would fit on my car?
