TRD CF wing caps done!

Here at topshop we just finished the TRD wing caps today! These are real carbon fiber and are double side tape on These are replacements not over lays. These will go for 80.00 plus 4.00 trans action fees. Total 84.00 shipped. If you wouls like a set PM me or put your name down.

how are you supposed to get to the bolt thats on the endcap?

There is no bolts that hold these on They are holded on with double sided tape. So if you were going to put these on make sure that your center wing bolts are tite before you put these on or loctited on..

Damn. I thought that I guessed all the questions that would be asked about these caps. I didn't see that one coming.

Here are the questions I thought people would ask....

1. How do I know this cap won't fall off if it's not bolted on?

2. Will this cap still sit flush on my wing or will it stick out because of the thick double sided tape?

3. Will this cap be easy for somebody to steal? Since all they will have to do is pop it off with a knife or screwdriver?

4. What if I want to add a CF blade to my wing later or I have to replace my wing blade, will this end cap break if I try to take it off?

5. Can I get it in different colors? What colors can you make?

6. What if I stick it on crooked, can I take it off and try again?

7. What is the best way to make sure I put it on straight the first time?

8. Do you have a warranty on your parts against fading from the sun?

How many people have a WW spoiler? There are thousands who have a TRD spoiler.

And who is making them already? I have searched forever and have not been able to find a set.

1. How do I know this cap won't fall off if it's not bolted on?

A= They are mounded on with double sided tape 3m

A= They will site flush with your wing, because it is the right thinkness.

A= They will be harder to steal because there is no bolts TO SAY HERE I AM! And double sided tape sticks real good.

A= If you have plans on putting a CF blade on your car do that first then put these on. They will come off but you will have to work at it slow so you do break them.

5. Can I get it in different colors? What colors can you make?

A=We can do them in Black CF, Black/ red , Blue/ Black , Orange/black , green/black , Yellow/ black, but the colors are 20.00 extra.

6. What if I stick it on crooked, can I take it off and try again?

A= Before you stick them on make sure the area is very clean or that won't stick on. They will be easy to put on strait because they fit in there prety tight.

7. What is the best way to make sure I put it on straight the first time?

A= Pell the double sided tape back then center on then stick them in.

8. Do you have a warranty on your parts against fading from the sun?

A= All the parts we offer are clear coated and poished out so they will not fade, To keep all CF parts shiny make sure to wax them every 3 mounths. We do offer warrentys on our high Grade parts. Our Grade flawless it is one year warrenty and about 50% higher in pricing, but they are the best peice we can make and is wet sanded to show finish It is just a perfect peice.

Topshop, I just got my end caps today and they look absolutely perfect. Thank you very much.

Sorry I won't be able to post pictures for a few months. I don't want to risk my CF blade getting damaged at any of the shops my car is going to and the blade will have to go on before the caps do.


Also, somebody on allgencelica said he bought a cargo cover from you many years ago and had trouble with the studs on it. I told him I would ask you about it....

These look good and no offense, but when you said full replacements I thought you were talking about full replacements, like mine. You see I thought you were talking about making a mold off of the original end caps so that the hole and everything for the little allen bolt etc. would still be there. I do not like the idea of these as they are really no different than a fancy overlay despite the fact they are true CF. They may be a little better but because they are held on with tape they aren't worth much more than an overlay to most people and I can buy an overlay that will do the same thing for like $30. The reason i didn't use the overlays I bought years ago as because I wanted access to those bolts in which case the overlay and your end caps would have covered up. I think you need to just modify your mold so that people can use the actual bolts to secure this to their cars vs. the tape. In any case they look good but I won't be buying these unless it is modified somehow. I am sorry for the miscommunication. Thanks for making great products for us though.

This is not a true TRD wing and I would def. question the quality of it. A real TRD wing will cost you and arm and a leg but it is well worth it.

Yes they are still available hey you wanna hear something funny down at the shop they made a demo pair out of a strong *** epoxy and no matter what we did we couldnt break it little ****** was strong.
