TRD springs

i just installed my springs like a few days ago and im pretty sure i did it right. but now i get a scraping sound once in a while when i turn. i noticed my front bumper got some new scrapes on it. but its making the scraping sound when i both turn and accelerate strait. and i get the sound from both my front and back but never at the same time.
anyone tell me wats wrong?
mite it be my shocks? i cudnt find any instructions on how to install so i just had my friend whos as close to a pro as i kno w/out a major degree in auto perf. he mainly works on hondas and acuras and my celica.
was i suppose to cut my shocks or something??
i read that somewhere about doing that but i didnt kno if it applied to TRD springs

can anyone help?? i figured out the scraping sound.. that was my muffler( i was running cut off(rice i kno but sounded nice but load as hell)
