I ordered a gauge face off of him August 12th and have yet to receive it.

I have also sent him 2 emails and he has yet to respond to either one.

I was just asking for an order status, but does anyone know how long it usually takes to get a gauge face from him after payment or why he doesn't answer his emails?

I guess I'll give him another week or two before I file a claim with Paypal so I can get my money back within their 30 day period.

I'll let it ride until around 25 days or so.

Did he ever contact you via email or answer any emails you may have sent him?

I had to send him 3 emails before he finally got back to me. He's very busy I'm assuming. In the end you will get the face, you jut have to wait a long while.

I've purchased from him twice, and both times he got back to me after a few weeks and I recieved the gauge faces shortly thereafter.

I'll try emailing him again, but if you ask me, he should check his email at LEAST once a week if he's running an online business. Or at the very least he should let you know that you will have to wait a while.

I completely agree. Usually I encounter this similar type of sdituation when I buy off ebay, it sucks. But if you send them emails often enough, eventually you get a response. The waiting game blows.

Yay I got an email too! So excited!!! I'm sure he is a great seller and his products are great quality. The delay wasn't really that big a deal.

No, it wasn't since it isn't a part that I need to have on my car to drive it, but contact would have been nice nonetheless.

Still havn't gotten the gauges yet. In the one email he sent me, he said that the gauges would be shipped no later than last Saturday.

I get a notification from Paypal that he printed the shipping label on Sunday and whenever I track the package, it states...

"The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper or shipping partner on August 28, 2005 to expect your package for mailing. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later."

So I assume that he hasn't even shipped the package yet.

On another note, I bought a MAF sensor from some guy in California and he shipped it Tuesday and I received it today (Thursday). He shipped it by USPS also. So I'm fairly confident that he hasn't sent the damn thing yet.






I sent his the email below asking him what's going on. If I don't get the gauges by next Monday, I'm just going to revoke my payment. I could care less now, and just because he makes a product that everyone wants doesn't mean his crappy customer service is excusable.


"I was just wondering when you shipped the gauges, because you said they would be shipped by Saturday, yet the tracking info states that you printed the label on Sunday. The tracking info also states that the item hasn't been shipped yet.
I just need to know whether or not the item is on the way yet. If not, I am going to revoke my Paypal payment while I still can."

I Having The Same Problem I did recieve bulb covers after 3 weeks however it was only $7 so i wasnt worried all to much. Now i ordered LED's and its been almost a month. There $40 so theres a lill bit of a difference, hes got till oct 5th till i file a claim. He Has recieved Multiple emails from me and no response from any i guess ill just to to dooly (www.ledmod.com) i recomment u do the same Slidr.
