White GT Sighting

Please forgive me if this has been asked already! My apologies.

Last night around 10pm I spotted a White GT with the S2000 antenna, DCM7thGEN decal and AEM license plate frames leaving Tysons. Who is this?

I tried to get their attention but they just kept speeding up, etc. It's always my luck to get into the slow lane.
