Profec B Spec II Settings

Hey, I've been messing around with my settings and was wondering what other member's settings are since I know a few of you are running it. I think I have a boost leak or something as I can't get it to boost past 13psi. I have also checked the solenoid and it does not have the 3rd cap plugged in (in the NO side) as I have read that this is a solution some have had.

mine isnt giving me a steady psi level. I'll check all vacuum lines and the wastegate before quitting on the Profec.
