question about a spding ticket and maybe fighting it

alright on the 4th of this month a got a speeding ticket

and it clearly states that my court appearance is on 9/20/05



today i recieved a notice of correction signed under penalty of perjury of the laws that everything written is true



now the stoopid idiot cop wrote "...your court date appearance should change from 1/20/05 to 1/4/05" notice it said 1 meaning january

wheres the logic in that???



should i fight that the cop is dixelxic(sp?)

or should i just pay the ticket





he did sign the correction that its suppose to be true

what do you guys think?\

Go to court on the originally assigned date, if the cop doesn't show up, you are cleared of all charges.
