what's wrong with my car.....

ok, when i try to take off on cold to moderately warm starts, my rpm's bobble a little. What happens is when it's idle at about a couple hundred rpm's i then hit the gas. The rpm's go up to about 1000 rpms, then it drops back down to a couple hundred rpms, then finally starts to go up smoothly. What's up with that?

probably a dirty TB and IAC valve, clean them and it should get better
