Hey, does anyone here know if anyone makes an after market intake manifold for the GT?

I read a post before that a company makes one for the GT but they dont make one for the GTS :(

^^^Uh, yeah, especially seeing as that a plastic IM isn't the most ideal for tuning purposes

um.... maybe not for teh "tuning" appearence but the plastic is much smoother than the inside of the metal manifold of the gts. As far as i can tell the plastic is better performance wise.

i have to agree. still though, i wish... i hope someone will make an aftermarket intake manifold for the 1zz. *watch someone will come up saying that it doesn't matter cuz the 1zz head doesn't flow to well* lol

what purpose would a different intake manifold serve?

none of you guys are making the kind of power where it would make a difference. Usually its one of the last modifications fully turbocharged cars do because its one of the last places you can free up some power, and then its only slight.

maybe not any of us right now, but I'm sure there's someone out there that is producing enough power to need one.

and for those people that might need one, what should they do? I guess getting one custom made would be the only real way I've seen yet, since no one has shown any real evidence that an aftermarket IM exists.
