problem reading/writing on PFC

ok, i know im new and everything but i dont think im doing this wrong. but every time i try to read all or even try to write all it just says "interface not responding."

i have version 2.71A if that means anything.

It supports 2.71 not sure if there is 2.71A version...

2.71A is the normal version. Sound to me more like a port problem or a Datalogit problem. That version in the link was made to support T2.71.
