Removing Overspray From Rear Vinyl Seats?

I took out my rear seats a month or two ago, and during that time, my mom repainted the hood on her over with epoxy spray paint. I went to get the rear seats to take pics so I can sell them, and I see there's a very noticeable amount of overspray on one of the backs. :(

Is there any way I can remove the paint? I tried Vinylex, but it had no effect.

nah, you have to use something stronger...but I am not sure what...maybe a plastic scouring pad with soap, water and some small amount of degreaser will do it.
