Winding noise in tranny? Even in nuetral

Well the tranny started losing tranny fluid this weekend. I pulled out of the gas station to get gas and I hear A clunk followed by a grinding like mesh sound. Keep in mind that we took the tranny apart thursday and re aligned the clutch and pressure plate I dont believe the kid torqued it down maybe one of the bolts came unwinded itself and the clutch is off I got wheels coming out of the gas station not on purpose it was raining and there was dirt. :( So does anyone know what It could be I hope its not a spun bearing.

Does pushing the clutch in all the way make the noise go away?

Will the car stall itself when in neutral?

Does the noise increase with revs?

my car makes a weird noise all the time, but its not a celica, my air doesnt work right and when somthing under the hood thats a part of it gets wet..welll it makes this annoying loud noise..
