Hey folks,
anyone know if GT's are pre wired to accept CD changers in the hatch? if they are, what brands are compatible with the stock stereo?
Thanks

No, there's nothing pre-wired to the trunk. The HU can control an OEM CD changer though.

anyone know who makes the oem cd changer for Toyota?

I believe that you can use any you'd like. However, some may require an aux interface.
The HU can control an OEM CD changer though. And some aftermarket ones.... again... may require an interface.
Also, the '03 & '04s were JBLs... I believe.
A Toyo one will run around $430 new... ya might find one on eBay. Figure at least 1/2 that or less for a new after market one.

Actually I beleive Audiovox makes the factory changer. I haven't had much luck finding an aftermarket HU that will control the factory changer, I wish i could because that changer rocks (4yrs and no skips!!!).
