I don't have any current pics, unfortunately. I have an old pic with my Veilside kit. Right now, I'm waiting on a couple things to come in so my car can go to the shop to get the interior fiberglassed and the exterior painted. I can't wait! I can EMail you a .pdf file of my car w/ Veilside, if you wanted. It looked pretty good back then. But my (ex-) girlfriend at the time wrecked the car, so I ordered v2. It actually should be arriving today, and I'm told it's the only one in the country right now, so that's cool. The car's going to be white w/ blue pearl, with matching paint on the interior, also w/ a splash of Kandy Oriental Blue and a little black for minor details. The exterior will pull together nicely with the tinted headlamps, cf hood, kaminari OEM cf wing, and Axis wheels (black w/ polished lip

Wow, that's an amazing price on the hood. I paid way more than that. $1500 shipped, roughly.

Since US dealers carry those parts, I feel like they used to be JDM but not anymore. I mean sure, they're made in Japan, and all, but I dunno. Something doesn't feel right abought calling my body kit JDM since it's a USDM option. :chuckles:

I'm running on the stock 00-02 front with the Seibon CF lip. I'm actually getting that bumper repainted this weekend, i'll probably take some pics in a week or two when i start prepping the car for HID (10/8 Pleasanton,CA)

I have before. Here's an old pic with the SF turbo kit (before I even had the 3ZZ-GE Stg. II or the C2 Stg. II kit). It's also before I put on the Trial canards (that's why they're still brand new Joe...saved for you!) And the C-One hood. Since that pic, the car has been in the shop since December of 04. Actually, don't ask for the whole story behind it (some guys here know), but out of the whole time I've owned the car since early 2002, I have only had it in my hands for about 1.5 years. The other almost 2 years it has been in an out of various shops.

You won't be able to see my car when it's always in the shop. Right now it's in Sacramento, though, in a shop, as usual. When I go to pick it up, maybe you'll see it. But I will definitely post TONS of pics. I have some mag shoots coming up to when I get the wheels on it - 18" Volk LE28 in Gunmetal. So you'll see it in those as well.

Way back in the day, I had spent good money importing the TRD Mechanical kit from Japan, thinking that few others would spend that type of money. You have NOOO idea how angry I was when Toyota decided to make it a factory option. For $1500 or so, you could get the whole kit, when I paid $1300 originally for just the front bumper (yes...authentic TRD Mechanical Kit parts were murder). I feel your pain.

The only fix for that was switching to Trial :)

I would like to get one, but it's not on my priority list at the moment. Honestly, I'd love to find a used one, with more miles on it than my car. That way when I match mileage, I can swap clusters without missing a beat. And it would be cheaper to get it used too. :D

^^ So is the mileage kept up with the cluster? For some reason, I always figured the ECU kept up with that.. I guess it kinda makes sense though

It's definitely on the cluster. I have 3 sets of clusters and they all displayed different mileage when I plugged them in.

Reviving this post from the dead ... most of my JDM stuff is listed in my sig along with the ... uh ... PDM (?) Rotas and the USDM (yawn) K&N filter that I will soon be swapping for a different high flow panel filter.

The only part not listed is my TRD fuel door and gas cap (which I love!). Coming soon will either be a C-One or Tom's Racing air filter (and possibly a set of Tom's seatbelt shoulder pads that someone on NC.org is selling).

And that's about it for now...
