i have 2 JL 10w3v2 subs, i was going to get the JL 500/1 amp but after doing my HID retrofit money is pretty tight, so what other amp would work with these subs?

Maybe check Ebay or one of the car audio forums and see if you can pick up a used one cheap. If thats the amp you decided on, then you wont be happy till you have that one.

Yes, or better yet, some nice Titaniums. I'm running 2 Ti 600.2s myself. Wanted the Octane LE ( carbon fiber one), but everyone wanted an arm, leg and both my nuts for it!!!!

I used to have a real good connection with the local PG dealer ( dealer cost is REAL good), but they dropped them due to rep problems. See if you can find me a Ti 215 eq!!! :)

hey bat i see you still have that cd player in your ride..hows that treatin ya? you know of any other celica owners in san antonio? i'll be heading back down there for thanksgiving...hit me back if you want to do a little car meet or something..

as far as budget amps go, JBL had a 600.1 in their BP series that did 600@2/1ohm, underrated, so itd fill the w3's 300w apetite. its a discontinued series though so youd have to ebay it or check forum classifieds. other brands that would work, *all hearsay* us acoustics, RF, profile. good luck

i did a hid retrofit with TSX projectors, and i'll look into the JBL, i'm also trying to find a good price on a used JL 500/1.
