Anyone know info on these rims?

Hey, i'm a newbie when it comes to rims. ANyone know how the fit for these velox VX-K's are on the celica. I know they have 5x100 pattern, but the offset is 40mm. Can i do something to get them to fit the celica?<img src="http://www.veloxperformance.com/products/vx-k-w.jpg">

as long as it comes in a 5x100 bolt pattern with around a +38 offset (give or take a little) you should be fine...
