I actually have yet to hear of ppl here complaining that their 18's rub. I had zero problems with my 18" Racing Harts and Tanabe 2" drop springs.

i was worried about the same thing before i bought my wheels. turned out that i had no rubbing at all. 18X8 w/ 225/35/18

My wheels are 225/40-18. 18x8. They rub on the rear under guard where the rear bumper joins to the car. Car is lowered about 2.5inches. Thats because the wheels are the wrong offset by about 3mm. If they were the correct offset, you would have no problems with a 225/40-18.
