they look like 8000k HIDS..if they are HIDS

nah 8000 would be much blue'r. iw oudl say near the 5300-6000 range

I say they are 6000k. I have the 6000k xenon depot kit and they look similar to those. He looks like he has hids in his fogs as well.

I believe you can, they sell h3 kits.

If I'm not mistaken, they are Mtec bulbs that I saw on Everythingcelica.com while ago.

They aren't HID's. I remember when that pic was posted years ago. I forget the brand though.
