2000 Celica GT-S For Sale

Hi There !

I am selling a carbon blue (looks black most of the time though :-D) 2000 Celica GT-S.

Manual, 6 speeds
69,500 Miles, mainly highway miles.
Black - Leather Interior, A/C, premium sound system CD/AM-FM/Cassette, power sunroof, power windows, power locks, power steering, tilt wheel, cruise control, dual front airbags, ABS
18" wheels, Enkei CDR-9 fitted 12/04. Toyo Proxes 4 (215/40/R18) tires have only 16K miles on them.
Rear wing on trunk lid removed professionally by bodyshop.
TRD gauges face plate on dashboard.
Car has received minor body work following a fender bender in winter 2005 : new front and rear fenders.
Brake pads replaced May 2005
New wiper blades installed May 2005
RI Emission Inspection valid till May 2007

A couple of minor cosmetic dings, but very good condition overall. Two owners only, always serviced at Toyota dealerships following all the Toyota recommended service schedules. Meticulously maintained in and out. All service records available since date of purchase (8/2003) from Bristol Toyota.
This is a certified Toyota vehicle and the extended warranty is good until 100K miles or 4/10/2006 and is transferable

WHHHHAAAAAAAAT...13 grand is to much still, you can go around and buy 03's for that price. maybe you should drop it down to like 9, 10 or 11 grand. but thats just me.

Thanks for the feedback ... I'm afraid I don't have the stock rims anymore, sold them when I got the new ones. I am flexible on the price, so I could consider going down around 12K, but not lower ... This car runs like a clock, still has 6 months of extended warranty, and has been really well taken care of (never abused, always serviced by Toyota dealerships), so I feel like a price in the 12 to 13K range is def. a decent deal : Nada Guides lists this car as having a $13,750 average retail value, kbb is lower but does not take into account the warranty coverage, nice rims etc.

i wish you the best of luck on your sale, but my 2000 gts sold for 8800, it did have more miles 80k, but had full aftermarket suspension and exhaust, now that the employee pricing is done, it will be easier i think

Hey thanks for the well wishes :-) I see that cars tend to sell quite low on this site, I'm not sure why actually because $11K for instance is the KBB private party trade value for mine.

Granted if you are in a hurry to sell cause you need some cash fast then you don't have the choice but to slice prices ... I can afford to wait :-)

Also, I am selling a car that has not been abused, that has always been serviced at Toyota dealerships, not been tinkered with mechanically, never used to get the best possible 1/4 mile runs, etc. So the extra piece of mind comes at a price. I'm probably not going to sell it here though, just because this site (which is pretty cool actually) caters to a different type of crowd ..

1 - Sorry not looking for a trade, I need to sell ...
2 - No I do not have the stock rims or the spoiler anymore : sold them to try to recoup some of my own investments in that baby :-) Most people who have seen Celicas w/o a rear spoiler think it looks better that way actually : the stock one is pretty lame, and the big one ... just too flashy for my own taste :-)
Nebraska is kind of far away indeed, but you could always fly down to RI and then enjoy a nice road trip to bring the car back home :-) PM me if you're insterested, we may be able to work out something if a few hundred dollars off would do the trick for you ...
