^^^ If I'm not mistaken, they allow for a wide range of camber adjustment. Most of the road course cars use them so they can set camber depending on the course

To my knowlede the upper mount can work with any other coilover system. I've had both the Cusco and c-One upper mounts and have never had problems using them w/ my TEIN SS coilovers... These should work the same way.
