no such thing. There will always be a chance of cracking as long as there are two different parts. I've heard of people putting extreme amounts of adhesive between the two parts, but all it takes it one sharp kick or hit and it's all over.

ummmm actually, there is a way to prevent this. Im putting the Kongseider widebody kit on my car and im doing it the proper way. You need to have the kit on your car for awhile so it gets used to the flex of the ride. Once you do that you can start the molding process. There are about 7 stages you need to do. After each stage its about a month wait to keep letting it flex and bend properly to prevent pre-mature cracking. Any shop that does it in one swoop will most likely see your car again due to cracking. Find a good shop in your area and talk to them about it. Only proper way to do it is to let the kit flex.

although, the kit WILL crack when you hit something... happened to my RMM rear valence when i backed into something hidden behind a bush... im still trying to fix it (already filled/painted it now just detailing it,, but you can still see the defect dammit!)

steel will crack if you hit it hard enough...

fiberglass is easy to break, believe me...

molding your kit is not recommended for a daily driver
