Price: $2,640

For Celica GT(ZZT230) and GT-S(ZZT231)

The TRY MAX Suspension comes in two setting:
a sporty Street setting and Circuit for the hard core enthusiest. Both systems are built for the Normal Strut system so if you have the Super Strut option on your car, you need to convert it to normal strut first.
The front strut damper has 30 gas settings and the height is totally adjustable so you can change the height without changing your suspension settings. They also include an anodized aluminum upper pillowball mount for improved steering response, traction and a more direct feel of the driving surface.

The Rear strut utilizes the stock upper mounts.
It's a full coil over system with 30 gas settings to choose from.

Please specify steet or circuit springs.

Will this work on the US spec GTS? It says it's built for the normal strut, and not the super strut equipped Celica. I'm assuming USDM Celica's are normal strut, but I just want to be sure.

Where do you send the coilovers if it needs an overhaul? To japan? If so, I'll just stick with the readily available coilovers like, tein, cusco, or zeal. Atleast they're available here locally for overhaul.

Thanks, but that can't be true as most of the high end coilovers for the celica have a higher spring rate at the back. (helps the car in turning)Maybe the numbers are reversed?
Would you have any idea how much that is, in pounds per square inch?

Strange spring rates choice indeed...massive understeer recipe in my book!

10 Kg/mm = 559.5 Lb/In
12 Kg/mm = 671.4 Lb/In

oh, and BTW Many, it's pounds per inch and not pounds per square inch!!!

That's the number that Scott gave me... it could be reversed?

even reversed it's an understeer combo...better, but far from an agressive f/r ratio...even less than stock in fact, I hope these are not the track version spring rates!

these may sound like a dumb question but i just got my celica and havent really looked at the suspension setup. with these coilovers would i have to reuse the factory rear strut mounts? are their rear strut mounts? whats back their what do i need to install the rear coilovers?

Did he specify if those figures were for the street or circuit spring?

You can custom order higher rates from ground control, but not much higher!

these coilovers are discontinued, i talked to scott myself. would have been great to try em out. BTW they are made by HKS not quantum. the real Trial celica doesn't even use these, they use custom quantum ones that are way different than these. check out HKS inverted shocks, they are the exact same.

here are real pictures of them, i actually saw these in japan.
