First of all, it's their, not there. ;) But anyway, I had mine changed. If your's aren't broken it's no biggie. I think there's a guide on teamcelica.com. If you can't find it, all you do is unbolt the injectors, hoses(2 or 3) and all the bolts that hold the valve cover on. You'll need an extension for the back two bolts. then the two lifts bolts are right there, hard to miss.

u dont really need an extension for the back bolts, just use a 3/8 racket, a bit tight but atleast u wont need to buy those swivel head things

2 bucks or less... Here's the part# 90105-06293. Lol you need this cuase they never heard of "lift Bolts", they printed like 4 diagrams when I went there and ordered the wrong bolts.. But they got it on the second order.

Word...they had no idea when I said lift bolts. They talked to the mechanics, still no clue. I actually had to guide the guy behind the counter through nc.org to find the part number.

they all have to be changed eventually, it will break, just not as fast as the 2k bolts. i wouldnt really worry about it unless u hit lift alot and/or put about 50k mi on the bolts. i read to change em at 60k mi, but idk if i wanna trust that.

that doesnt mean it doesnt have to be changed, it'll just take longer to wear out, mines broke while i was using my cruise control, i think
